Knitting/Crocheting Helps Your Health!

This amazes me, but all crocheters/knitters have known the power of this craft and how it helps to calm one down. I crochet when I feel the need, when I am depressed it really helps me focus my mind on other things. I can concentrate more. I am in total agreement with the statement that it keeps your brain going. Alot of times people forget that your brain is a muscle and if you do not do exercises, you will end up loosing yourself. Litterally!
