Popping Some Bubbles

This is Bubbles the Good Monster, an amigurumi that I crocheted for Mrs. Margaret in amigurumiswapsandmore. What is interesting to me is how the author of the pattern made the body and legs one piece just by crocheting around the two legs and the gusset in the middle. So it was nice to try something different with amigurumi making. One day I hope to design something in a similar manner.

Now onto the fairy I am attempting to design for another wish of Margaret's.
